ORGANISATION

Another author says that the persons (or committees or departments etc.) who make up a body for the purpose of administering something; "he claims that the peresent administration is corrupt"; "the governance of an association is responsible to its members"; "he quickly became recognized as a member of the establishment"

A simple meaning of organisation according to the dictionary is a group of people who work together.

According to me an organisation is a place where more than two people will coordinate their activities for a single goal.

what is organisation ?

from the words of the James Rick we can say that in a organisation all the members work for one task taking the same input here input's are also called as resources. There is no limitation on the size of the organisation. The size of the organisation increased as the result increases here result increases means high orders or when more man power is needed. The two important things in the organisation are manpower and resources. Every organisation will comprise of more than two departments. One department is management department and another is labour department, in some organisations there will be some more departments depending on the products they are developing or the work they doing. Some times an institution is also called as organisation.

In small organisation the communication between the worker and the MD is easy when the organisation size increases the mediator between the workers also increases proportionally. The mediator like supervisor, Assistant manager, manager etc. In large organisations work is divided and will be combined at regular points i.e. to produce a product many tasks should be performed there will be some tasks which can be performed separately i.e. with out any link between those two tasks, so we can perform these tasks at time to reduce the time and increase the production rate. At the end the result of those tasks are taken to produce a complete product. As the technology is getting improved the departments are increasing and the time for the product development decreses so, some departments like sales, marketing will arise for best results.

The rating of the organisation is degined from ISO : OSI certification, this certification is accepted worldwide and the organisation with this certification will be given good rating and the products from that organisation are best quality.
